Watch this video (or any other) to get familiar with Team Viewer. It may be helpful for you in the future.
Download and Install TeamViewer software from official website: https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/
Press download buttons as shown below.
Open TeamViewer, type Partner ID in one of the fields (1) and press Connect (2)
! Partner ID and Password changes once in a month, email info@teachers.band to request it for the first time, once granted, new Partner ID and Password will be sent to you every time when changed.
Type Password and press Log On
You will be connected to remote computer and will see the desktop. If you are getting any error, something goes wrong etc, take a picture and send it to Yevhen Hazha for support.
If zoom is already open, proceed to setting live stream and/or transferring meeting controls to your account, and skip next steps.
If you see only the desktop, proceed with next steps.
Open Zoom App by double clicking on its Icon.
Press on the event name.
Press Start button.
Once you are in the meeting room, close Join Audi window, as we do not use audio on the Admin's remote computer.
You are all set. Use controls to manage meeting, start live streaming to Facebook, or transfer controls to your account.
Use Zoom account and other software on the remote computer only to manage meetings, you still must use your account on your computer to participate in the meetings. You will not be able to use your web camera on the remote computer.
To avoid double sound do not press Join Audio in Zoom on the remote computer.
Never sign out and do not End the Meeting in zoom on remote computer, instead just close TeamViewer window.
