Connect to the room on time, introduce yourself, announce the topic.
Let people know that using a web camera is required, and that the meeting will be locked for new entries in 5 minutes. Copy-past next line to the meeting chat and read it out loud to the attention of everyone:
Dear participants, if you like to stay in the meeting, please turn on your web camera. This will help everyone to be more engaged and feel safe. You must be properly dressed and maintain sitting position. In a few minutes the meeting will be locked for new entries and only people with cameras will stay in the room.
Take the next few minutes to accessing remote computer, setting Live Stream to Facebook, and Taking Host Controls to your computer.
Once ready, return to the meeting, close the room for new entries and remove everyone whose camera is off with no significant reason.
Repeat the topic and your name, ask everyone to mute the microphone and to unmute it only when it is their turn to talk.
Begin the meeting as you planned.
About 5 minutes before you leave ask participants for a feedback. How was the meeting, ways to improve experience for everyone.
Discuss the topic for the next time if necessary.
