It is very poorly written and is not readable;
Autor is asking people to join another group.

Approve only helpful and related posts that you feel brings value to members, does not brake rules.
Look for examples of good posts V
Reject a request to join if:
Name has swear words or curse language;
Picture contains unacceptable information/image, pornography, etc.
Everyone else.
Block any member and delete all his information if his content (post, comment etc.) severely violates community Rules.
Exception:
Offence is not severe, member was not aware of the rule, informed and accepted the warning adequately.
it is very poorly written and not readable;
does not have anything to do with a topic of the post.
it has a spam;
it is a scam;
comment is seriously braking the rules;
it is offensive to other members, etc.
